I've been a member of the forum for a few years but not posted for ages.

I had a 3dr TR gti manual stage 2 but sold up when my Mrs and I got engaged, married then bought a house.

I'm now in a position to get back involved and Im considering spending £10k on an Eddy. However I'm in 2 minds as is spending £10k on a 7/8 year old car really worth it?

I'd like all the extras xenons, multifunction steering wheel, parking sensors and sat nav and I've found only one with all that for sale at the moment. I'm also keen on 5dr and DSG this time round!

I'm interested to know everyone's thoughts?!

I'm looking for a low mileage car as I don't do much mileage and as I would hope it would hold its value!

I was in the same Dilema,

If i found a decent ed30 then I doubt id pay 10 for it. they are starting to reach high mileage etc but still excellent cars. I think you can get one cheaper.

10K is boarderline mk6 money

I'm looking for under 60k miles and it would seem that prices are up around the £10k mark. Especially with the extras I want!
