Its a secret.

But spend as little money on the k1 as possible. Will only do supporting mods to maintain reliability. Enjoy the 2010 show and track season, and then it will be getting traded in and will be aiming for 500+ in the new car :D

The interia of the Mk6 is better then the 5. The quality maybe better in the R mk6.

We shall see.
the mk 6 R is an S3 with a different body shell and interior imo the audi looks better from the out side and the inside of the S3 is just a so much better place to be than the golf . i m not putting the golf down cause i love em but after a few months of the S3 i would find going back to the golf quite hard  :happy2:

I think this debate will go on and on for years and years, like it has already. Each has it's own pros and cons

It doesn't thought does it? The S3 has the Haldex system from the mkV R32, the R has a new revised Haldex from the current generation Saabs and the Insignia and is significantly more advanced than the systems on the R32 and the one masquerading as Quattro on the S3.
Only 250.1bhp - but with that noise, who cares?

Instead of chasing silly power figures, my aim is to lose as much weight as possible out of the car but keep it a nice place to be as well. Its the future.  :happy2:
Laser Blue with K04 power, APR hardware controlled by REVO 2+ software
Chassis by KW V3's, Whiteline and a hint of PRO race 1.2's
Brakes by Brembo 4 pots
