Well, that was pretty odd, removed radio, checked fuse. Plugged all back in & it worked... No loose connections either??

But..
Still no rear speakers!
Why?

Yep, can bus decoder is built into the unit so it's as simple as plug in the locking plug into the back of the unit, nothing was loose, must be a dodgy unit.
I've told them I'm returning it, I've fitted it twice now, it's definitely not my harness at fault as my OE radio has never missed a beat and is now back in & fine.

Waiting on my refund now, dead unit returned to Erisin on Monday, the search for a decent head unit continues!!

I purchased one of these head unit off of eBay worked perfectly fine for 7 months then started draining the battery , got in touch with the people I brought the head unit from , what a nightmare over 50 emails with had to wait 24 hrs for a reply !!
Head unit had a uk 2 year warranty only for them to email me asking for more money , in the end settled for £100 don't buy one of these unit they won't last long !!!

I tried 3 of their models. None really did it for me. Now looking at sph da120.

Yeah a pioneer da120. Fitting kit with fascia is only £15 also on eBay
