Check out a recent previous post on here..... £50 the lot :-)
But seriously.... around £70 for OEM discs and about £40 for the pads.

Buy decent halfords socket set and then many jobs are easy. Front pads and discs are simple. The previous post of £50 for all round discs and pads was drivvle and not a proper price . Don't skimp on brake parts  :innocent:

Someone has told me that TPS do a budget line in discs & pads as well as the normal range and that they're fine. No idea on prices but worth a phone call I'd say?
I will get a price myself when the time comes.

Yeah i think i will have to start learning sometime. For now though these are quite urgent i would say.

Is there much difference in £ if buying a okay set of pads and discs to buying a "great" set? then taking somewhere to be fitted?

I've just been on the phone to TPS. The 'economy' line is apparently made to the specification when the car was manufactured, whereas the current 'normal' range is to the new specification.

Can't imagine brake technology has changed that dramatically in 6-7 years if they're the exact same size  :stupid:
