I wonder what your map will make. R-tech? What hardware will it have when it gets mapped? Stock with just the exhaust etc. Im going to say 272/330
Mine made 270bhp and 345lb/ft with Stage 2 R-Tech. Full Powervalve and a Pipercross panel filter were the only mods at that point.

There's a lad on Audi-sport.net who builds the k03 k04 hybrids with an RS6 compressor wheel and ball bearings.

You'll be well into the 280s with the cooler and pump.

When I was last at R-Tech I asked Niki about a Loba k03 hybrid I had my eye on at the time, and I got the impression he didn't want to commit to saying "it'll make 350bhp" or words to that effect, because he wasn't familiar with that turbo. Which is fair enough.

He is, however, familiar with the Beach Buggy Turbos hybrids, and tunes them to great results. I know he trusts the quality. So when the time comes, it'll probably be a BBT for me.

That'll be great and I can't wait  :jumping: I'm already feeling more torque throughout rev range.

Luckily you're DSG so your clutch pack is good for beyond 400lb/ft. Nothing to hold you back!

It was the Powervalve that screwed my standard clutch. Too much torque. Got a nice uprated Helix in there now.

^^^^ Alex at AKS sells the LOBA HPFP for £530, that's even cheaper than they were a few years back when I got mine. Plus LOBA chuck in a free Cam follower so a win win.

Thanks @MC71

I've read about them but I'm really trying to save a few pennies as a mortgage of 185k is soon to smack me around for the next 20+ years. every penny helps. Also have a new cam follower in so don't need to change thay for the next 10k +

Bloody link pipe wouldn't go in any further as it wasn't the correct size    too many issues today fitting the exhaust.

:signLOL: Thanks @Rampage it's immensely insane bro. I can't get enough of it. I think the 3inch bsc has to be breathing a lot better than the milltek section although the milltek is non res so more or less no restrictions and more power to add. Can't wait for the other mods. Still not sure about a filter kit though  want one but worried I'll get thay issue again.
