Liked the tour of London with ken block

If you guys haven't seen them already, check out the gymkhana series of vids by Ken Block, on YouTube.

Also, this vid on the car itself, with Chris Harris:

I'm just hoping the BBC has the balls to take TV time away from Chris Evans in favour of Le Blanc and the others which are taking a shine to the camera like Chris Harris. Sabine is a good driver and to have as part of features, but she's no presenter!

Off topic but you seem to be able to post hutchy?

You can't PM until your post count is a bit higher

Chris H and Rory have been the reason I've kept watching it, their reviews are always good. Matt has his moments but there's just no chemistry between him and Evans. Chris Evans style just doesn't fit IMO unlike Chris H and Rory. Sabine should just be there thrashing a car round a track to within an inch of its life as that's what she does best.

Not sure where I stand with star in a car as it seemed good at the start but the wet laps last week seemed pointless. And I hate the stars reading what each other do off the autocue, would be better getting 2 stars who are promoting/working together on the same project rather than 2 randoms.

Haha. Very true... the whole idea I guess is to build it up with some conversation first then blast it round the track... somewhat diluted with two peeps.

I know there would be horrendous Insurance problems, but I'd love to see celebs use a half decent motor; they are always strapped in with proper seats / helmet / harness etc.... give them some HP... something that is LOUD so we can hear when they are being pansies and lifting off, and something that will scare the pants off them... nothing too mental, perhaps a Polo WRC motor.... .... ...

I'd like to see that. Or maybe stick with the Mini, then get the top 3 on the leaderboard at the end of each series to come back and set a lap in something 300bhp+, at Silverstone...

If there is to be another series.

Shame really I think it got better and better as the episodes went on, should of gave him one more season atleast. I've enjoyed the last 3/4 episodes, can't remember the last one I enjoyed with Clarkson's crew

Yeah, I thought that yesterday's was the best of the current series. Might just be that the cars they reviewed were my cuppa tea, but I found it very entertaining. Matt le B has turned out to be very good. Chris E has faded into the background, which is a shame as he is such a petrol head. Still, not like he needs the money, is it........

Nor did Jeremy Clarkson .
The stars and the mini driving dragged on on the last episode , so as i hate that part the 14.5 minutes of the programme was fast forwarded , that is a quarter of the programme ! I think that part needs to go too tbh.

^^^ This

The old Top Gear bored me to tears near the end. This started badly but have enjoyed the last 4. Despite my earlier reservations, Matt Le Blanc has turned out rather good and I think he will blossom if he continues.
They've gone back to the cars rather than the crappy same old challenges and I think that's what will serve them well for the future.
