Pulling off from a standstill and slowing to a stop. The DSG is juddering and does not feel smooth. Is this a soft wear or hard wear issue? It's a 2010 GTI.

I'd do a DSG reset via VCDS if you have it/access to it. Where abouts in the country are you
Its a simple procedure and seems to sort it out for some people.

Thanks for the help. I'm in Lincolnshire, hopefully I know someone who has VCDS who can help. It's still under warranty so would like it sorting pre re map
