Joe's shadow blue GTI
« on: June 27, 2016, 11:51:36 am »
New on here so go easy on me! Recently bought a shadow blue 3 door GTI.

Absolutely love it! DSG gearbox, heated seats, xenon lights, electric folding mirrors and puddle lights.

Few plans for the future but might be a bit of a slow start as I love it the way it is at the minute!

Only have a couple of photos so far;

Hope you all like!

Welcome aboard Joe. Thats a nice GTI you have there in one of the less common colours. Just dont go snooping around the site too much otherwise you may just catch the modding bug.....  :grin:

Thanks! Yeah I see they're pretty rare in this colour really. Haha I've already got the modding bug, I've just sold my Fabia VRS that I'd put on a bigger turbo, intercooler, uprated clutch, brembos etc etc just fancied a petrol turbo now! It definitely will get modified but just trying to enjoy it as it is for now haha.

Small update, just finished fitting some H&R springs, team Heko wind deflectors, and some LED number plate lights. Have also ordered some GTI seat handle inserts, not big changes but it's the little things!

Absolutely love how the car sits on the new springs and I'm sure they'll settle in over the next few days too.

A few pictures;
