I hope to get pictures of the parts sunday, The company that has made it is BNautoteknik.dk, feel free to contact them regarding questions as to price and fitment to different IC solutions.

As i have written earlier, as soon as possible we will fit another one to a similar specced car my friend has, and see both the gains and if he has a similar dip in the HP/torque.

hmm GB anyone!

The turbo outlet in the picture is not ready to be fitted yet  :happy2:

[Looking forward to your responses.

Cheers
i think that looks really good. alot better than stock, and real smooth in the bends. plusit maintains the mounting points as well.

will they be doing one for the ko3??

much appreciated.

I really like the idea of that. plus i dont think it would be to hard to have a silicone hoses set made up to fit aftermarket intercoolers as well

Hi everyone,

Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Nikolaj and i´m one half of BNAutoteknik.dk, if any moderators looking please add that I represent a business.

Looks like our prototype discharge kit is making interest - thank you for the kind words everyone.

The kit fitted to danish´s car is a one of a kind so far, as earlier mentioned another car will be fitted and dynoed before and after in near future, if this car is having the same gains with this being the only modification, we´ll be more than happy to make one for everyone interested.

The kit on danish´s is made for an APR FMIC and with a Neuspeed pulley, so we´ll have to come up with a solution for cars with stock FMIC and pulley aswell, this is currently a work in progress and when these issues clear up there will be a solution for the guys running K03 aswell.

As for price, I would imagine that we will be able to compete with the Neuspeed kit when we get so far, but for now I don´t know what the final price will be.

If you guys have any other questions please speak up here or feel free to contact me on: Info@bnautoteknik.dk

Best regards

Nikolaj@bnautoteknik.dk

it shouldnt be to hard to compete with the neuspeed kit, it is hugely over priced.

reference fitting to various intercoolers i have the std intercooler at the moment, but plan on upgrading to an S3 or THS intercooler at a later date. im presumiing different hoses would be able to be purchased individually.

also i would have thought the neuspeed pulley would be the same size as the standard pulley otherwise the belt wouldnt fit correctly.  I thought it was just a lighter pulley wheel

is there a reason why the metal ipe could not be longer and bent  in the same way as the silicone pipe with just a small silicone pipe to connect to the intercooler.  that way there is less silicone to expand with the heat and pressure

The Neuspeed kit comes with a shorter belt, and I think it was 12mm smaller in Diameter??

The plan was to make the kit, so you could order it for your individual specs. but this takes a little time, but we´re working on it.

As for the Neuspeed kit, I won´t be the judge on the price tag of that, but I don´t think you can compare to ours anyway, it was just to give you guys a rough price idea.
