Lovely lookin car and some tasteful mods.
The rear lights can be altered to line up, btw.

@ajp yeah I need to work out what to do next. I am considering the front and rear valance but I think suspension/handling next. Might have to get the bits piecemeal and then book it in to be done in one go.

I'll have to research it though. At the moment I am thinking B8 + H&R and a super pro ALK. Gonna have to save a couple of months mind and not spend any more money!

Thanks!

Yeah it's doing me head in how they aren't totally aligned. I'll go and mess about later.

so, can't quite work out how to align the right rear light - which is still driving me nuts.

on the bright side, these arrived yesterday. Just need to find someone to fit them now. :D

thanks rippers. There's still a bunch of stuff i want to do on the car. I have a couple of dents in the passenger side from other people in car parks (annoying much!?)

No idea how to install this ALK either. I've searched but can't find a how to or see how much labour it would cost me either. Job for today to find out i think.

Managed to sneak out in between meetings and put the lights on. They look so much better than the straight up red ones.

This was during... i had done the right and needed to the left/nearside

And this is after with both sides done :D

Probably also worth mentioning that i picked up some of those A4 exhaust tips. Not totally amazing IMO but they'll do until i get a proper exhaust :D  :driver:
They look spot on  way too cheap but well worth every penny   :signLOL:

poop - spoke too soon... the NS tail light has fogged up :( no amount of hairdrying is fixing this unfortunately.

Check the bulb housing. Make sure it's all clipped together correctly. Might be not sitting right in the lamp.

thanks rippers - Everything is clipped in and secure. I've read that sometimes the light isn't tight enough to the car then this can happen. Oddly enough my old lights start to get condensation on the same side. I am away on holiday in a couple of weeks. Might take the light off, leave it inside with some silica gel in and see what its like when i get back.

I can assure you that I've never had an issue with these lights and only sold them due to buying new outer ones.

My bro in law has a mk5 1.4 and his light flooded with water so I tightended the nuts that were loose and the seal fully home although our lights have different bolts to the standard lights. If you're not happy I'll refund you fully.
