You need most of the boost pipework to fit the K04, along with the DV relocation. You will need an uprated fuel pump and a much higher rated rail PRV or you'll be limited on fuel using the standard K03 injectors. To make the most of the upgrade, you need the 3 bar map sensor and 200 bar rail pressure sensor too

I wouldn't buy any of them. Find used genuine items

Gaskets are good practice to change
The DV relocation is no use to you. It is for relocating the DV when using the standard K03, and the other is for newer gen TSIs with IHI turbos.
The first link are the fuel injectors you need, can be had for around £150GBP used
I would recommend buying a LOBA or APR (LOBA is a lot cheaper) HPFP rather than autotech internals. RS4 rail valve isn't mentioned, neither are the K04 sensors (the 3bar map or the 200 bar rail pressure sensor)

You would still need the K04 turbo discharge pipe and the K04 intake pipe

ok thank you, still hard to find used parts in Iceland!
Not going to fully use the k04 yet. Thinking just about 250-ish hp so then I could maby change the injectors and hpfp later? Or are the stock internals not capaple of making that power?
Main goal now is to get the k04 on because I have had broken turbo for one year now.

You need the car mapping for the new turbo, seems daft to get it mapped multiple times. You'd be better off fitting the injectors, all the sensors etc. and having a local tuner flash the BYD K04 software on to your ECU

You don't need to change any sensors if your going k04, you only need to change 2 sensors I believe when you change you engine to a bwj, bhz, byd,CDL engine in a k03 car.
