1.4 tsi turbo only engine

hi guys im trying to find a car to get as my first car and i came across the mk5 golf tsi 1.4turbo only and i was wondering if the turbo only tsi has the same problems with the timing chain as the twincharged tsi and if so should i rethink getting it or are there things i can do to stop the timing chain from failing or slipping thanks in advance
