Don't think VW ever made a black badge for the MK5. They probably paint them the same as everyone else  :happy2:

thats what i thought, but in the discription it says OEM? i thought legally they would have to say if they where painted?  :confused:

Possibly the part is oem but the finish (black) has been applied subsequently. VW simply haven't produced a black badge for the Mk5 in any territory AFAIK.

Doesnt look anything like the finish on the OEM mk4 black badges which you would expect it to really if a genuine part.  Shame.
