Right so I have a .iso disc and now a .nrg disc. The .nrg disc doesnt do anything ... What am I doing wrong?

The .iso seems to get so far until it says software download - source activted, searching for SWL image...

So now I have an NRG Disc Image. Do I press setup+eject+i then insert the disc?

Keeps failing. All modules update 100% except gateway which gets to 12% then flicks to an error screen SWL error.. Have to reboot.

Are you using a CD or DVD?
Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
Now have an S4 B8 Avant (stage 2)

But it does boot, it just doesnt load the software correctly - every time ive tried I get a SWL error, on one of the components..
Ive tried CD and DVD, but I cant get a successful load! Its driving me insane!

Have you tried the non modified firmware? Pretty sure the VUC part of the firmware is the modified bit

Ive burned 4 x DVD and 5 x CD and not one of them work. Im now worse off, the unit wont work just says wont boot, insert SWL CD.

I've used the recovery disc. Now it's working but the buttons still not light up and now I've lost the maps!!! Grrrrrr
