Eibach pro kit picture request please.

As the title really, I'm thinking of adding the pro kit as I've heard its a better ride than stock and a touch lower.
If you're running the pro kit could you post a picture so i can gauge how the car sits on these please.
I've ran the pro kit springs on two previous bmws and only got a 20mm drop, has anybody measured before and after on fitting of theirs?

Eibach doesn't sell Pro-Kits for GTI in Europe. Just for GT/GT Sport and other normal versions of Golfs. If want Eibach springs you can fit Sportlines which lower ~30 mm. Plenty of cars in the forum have them, just like H&R -30 mm springs. I have the Pro-Kit on my GT Sport and H&R -30 mm on my Ed. 30.

I'm getting even more confused now, in the mods section on this forum Eibach pro kit is clearly available and on about a dozen different websites. Does the pro kit exist or not of should I go H&R, I wanted the pro kit as I'd heard it was more comfortable than stock.]

I prefer to consult the brand's catalogue and search the correct part number for my car, not shops catalogues.

I've seen many shops selling Pro-Kits for mk5 GTI but the only correct part number you can found is on the American Eibach catalogue. The American mk5 GTI has the same drop as the European mk5 GT/GT Sport: -15 mm. The European mk5 GTI has a -20 mm lowered suspension.

Would you recommend the H&R over the Eibach then?

I prefer the H&R and for GTI there's only one correct part number which lower 30 mm. The springs are blue.

I went from Eibach sportlines to H&R SuperSports, but the H&R SS's aren't available there. 
I thought Eibach was more comfy a street ride than the SS's...the SS's being better track equipment.

Would you put the harsh standard ride down to the OEM dampers?   The standard spring rates feel about right to me, just harsh damping.  The germans love their ridiculously firm high speed compression damper valving.

Yes, the OEM dampers were in good condition. Before removing them I thought they were shot. Fitting Koni Sport well adjusted or Bilstein B8 would be ideal to get the most of the springs.

I had 22k miles when the sportlines went on with the oem dampers. I put the H&R on at 58k miles along with Bilstein B8's and found 3 of the 4 oem dampers were leaking. I would suggest new and upgraded dampers when sport springs are installed. I didn't because I knew I would get more miles from the oem dampers that only had 22k on them when the first set of springs were installed.
