I have VW racing springs on my ED30 Gwent VW here are doing a deal on them and thy are cheaper than £190 put it that way 

Ride is like standard really, but obv the car sits a little lower so win win really

If you do want them Ring Gwent VW and ask for Shak he will sort you out a good deal. I'm sure I payed something like £200 fitted but would have to check my receipt to be 100%.
