« on: January 16, 2017, 07:13:56 pm »
Has any1 got pics of a grey mk5 gti with cream leathers? Been offered a set and was considering a change but wanted to see what they would look like first

Thanks

You might struggle with finding a grey MK5 with them, all the beige interiors I've seen have always been in black cars... It was removed as an option after 55 plates I think... Here's a picture of them in a black car...

Thank bud I've seen the seats in person and do like em but wasn't sure what they would look like in a grey car...think they would look good tbh but I suppose it's each to their own with taste

The beige interior is the reason I brought the car!!!

It's a bit "Marmitey" some love it some hate it, I give it a wipe over with Dr Leather every month so its always clean but if neglected then they look pretty disgusting!!!  :signLOL:

I personally wouldn't. Beige looks cool in dark blues, dark reds, dark greens etc and black shades. Even then the mk5's beige interior has too much beige, you want to use the beige seats with black plastics and doorcards with beige inserts. Looks less 80's/90's S class.

Red leather in a grey/silver car ftw.

If I was to do it it would only be the seats and doorcards and then sell my Wingbacks and full black leather complete but ideally I want to swap the Wingbacks for standard black leather gti front seats plus cash and keep my black leather. Then use the extra cash for some mods etc. Just thought the beige would look a bit different and stand out as I've never seen another.

Perfect any chance for some daytime pics with the door open to see how the interior and grey body look together?

I think the beige leather looks great, something a bit different and it really makes the car look more upmarket. I would swap out my black leathers for beige if I could.
