Just an idea to spend money... :innocent:
So these are the discs they put round the Ring? And some fancy pads IIRC?

hicksyyy, first few weeks have been great, hit 1000 miles on Saturday afternoon so run in now!
I can start pushing it a bit now.
All in all its been great, I love it, the interior and tech is way different to my previous ED30, the auto hand brake took some getting used to, and I still reach for it when I first pull away!
ACC is amazing and really useful, it even uses the radar to start the engine at traffic lights when the guy in front pulls away.
Not seen another on the road yet, would love to know how many VW actually sold in the UK.

Shoduchi, those disks are really nice, but I'm all spent up, after buying it, the only thing I have money for is petrol!!!

Took a look and there are about 6 for sale form dealers in Ireland.

All ex display models in varying spec for around €45K

@GrayMK5GTI

Not many pictures I'm afriad, too busy driving it!
Its up to 2400 miles now and I'm loving it, goes so well and is really and excellent car all round.
Th only down side is I get really annoyed when its raining or when its dirty!!
Have to wash it more often!!
It is gorgeous though.
My wife has been searching for a Rocco GTS, and on the quest I got to see a black CS40 in Worthing and a white one in Brighton, it was great to contrast the colours, I like them both, but not as much as red!
These are the only other two I've seen in the flesh, still waiting to see one on the road though.

I'll try to get some pics next time its washed!

Cheers!
J.
