Firstly, anyone know the easiest way to post a video?
Secondly, my gearstick has a little play. As in it can wobble around about 1cm diameter when in neutral.
Can I tighten this up? Gear linkage or short shifter?
Advice appreciated.

Shifter bushes from 42DD/AKS needed to tighten that up usually

They are for the bracket, which will help but is not the main culprit. It the shifter bushes that make the biggest difference but the type you need varies on the year (there are several) See here for example:
