Why is it giving you 130bar of fuel when you're only asking for 110bar? Standard k03 map is 110bar specified.
thats why I'm here asking

It sounded here like you thought it should be at 130 bar. Just saying standard k03 should never be in a position to drop from 130 bar.

well been told the fuel request isn't meeting the needs as it drops to 90's from 130 so that why I've posted up for expert opinions as I really need to get this dealt with and you did agree with me about the map later  :fighting2: :signLOL:

Anyway sounds like it lies within your current hpfp be it internals or sensors. Be good to know what the problem is

Will hopefully find out the tomorrow once swapped out into my original pump to be 100% sure it is a faulty internal or not

It's not the internals, its the regulator in the top of the pump itself (the plastic thing that is easily broken). Change that before stripping down the pump fully.

That was an easy diagnosis in the end  :signLOL:

I thought you'd be able to answer that one

I don't have a magic crystal ball with all the answers....  :signLOL: I told you the fuel pressure was off, pointed you in the right direction.... what more do you want?  :happy2:

No that's cool thanks for pointing me in the right direction as I wanted clarification it was the pump or internals so onward to the testing  :happy2:
