i was never keen on the forge as they tend to leak boost!!! May not be your issue but have you tried reverting back to the oem dv to check ?

The installation of the forge dv was a real pain in the backside hahaha

But could certainly look into it

It's no plain sailing lol but worth trying the oem one to rule out the forge dv  :happy2:

Ps the stage 1 will enhance the sound as that's what I've read over the years but I'm sure others can fill you in with his too.

I never chuck things away unless their knackered lol check my build thread and oh yeah

Just went out for a blast to bring my car closer to home and no honks goosy gander noises what so ever  :jumpmove: maybe because I have the GFB fitted but I'm sure it made the noise with it  :thinking: but not anymore  :grin:

I also have a Revo Induction Kit, it was fitted before i bought the car (08 Pirelli)

Is there a TFSI engine cover that fits round the hosing? the garage i bought the car from said the engine cover was missing because the induction kit was in the way.. Engine is clean, but would look better with the TFSI cover on it IMO

You need to modify a tfsi cover to fit the revo @P222SAX
