Shuddering under breaking

Picked my GTi up today, and noticed that the car shudders under heavy breaking quite badly.
Noticed the front tyres have worn unevenly too.
what do we think?
warped discs, or tracking/alignment out?

Warped discs.i had this happen to me recently on an r32 setup. Drove me insane as the discs were brand new as well!

Yup replace your tyres as this will cause the steering to go crazy under braking!!!
