Dual LED bulbs for DRL lights
« on: November 22, 2017, 07:18:19 pm »
Just wondered for those who has activated the US style DRL lights,  if anyone has tried to get their side markers to shine white and flash orange on indicating.

Found these bulbs online below
1x7443 5630+2835SMD Dual Color Switchback Turn Signal LED Light Bulb White/Amber | eBay http://r.ebay.com/YfqAOf

Always a bit skeptical of LED bulbs on ebay but curious to see if anyone has given bulbs like these a go.

This is a good theory

@MateyGuv on here a few years ago was playing with multi function bulbs, he was planning on dual reverse / fogs on the rear.

This will require a wire from the parking lights to the blinker light housing I think?

if you code the US DRL light, it's still just the signal from the blinker ligh output i takes. I think you need a trigger wire that will change the LED coler from white to orange on the tri-color LED bulb?

Not sure, just think it would make sense?
