« on: February 05, 2018, 11:57:36 am »
I recently came across this scam on another forum and thought it would be wise to share ...

Looking it up on Google and it appears it's been going on for a while now.

Here's the proper link for anybody else trying to follow it: >clicky<

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

Interesting read that, didn’t even consider that when selling a car.

If I sell mine it will be to a forum member or will get traded in.  Can't be doing with gangs of blokes pulling a fast one at my house.

Or maybe when selling, return the favour and make sure you have 3 or 4 burly mates with you when they arrive

It’s easy to vet a call, if they sound eastern step away.
