I am currently emailing the CEO of VW UK, my father is a professor at a well known business school and a lecture at University, he also works for the European commission as a consultant so i have brought him into it to see if he can help out. My car is over 12 years now but i took it in when it was 11 years and got fobbed of without any other questions.
