Have you changed anything? As far as I can tell about that fault code it's:

049922 - Software Incompatibility with Transmission Control Module

So basically a coding problem.

The only thing I can think of is I fitted a different ecu to check it worked but I new it wouldn't run due to coding.  Could it be that ? When you clear it the code just comes beck it's also saying the ecu isn't coded but it runs fine .
