No power from obd port
«

I’ve two lights on the dash, engine and airbag, borrowed a code reader to see what the actual fault numbers are but I can’t get the code reader to work with the port. Am I just being thick or does the obd port also have a fuse which may have blown?

Managed to get it working, However the airbag light never appeared as a fault.

A standard OBD reader will not read and clear airbag fault codes. You need VCDS, OBDeleven, Carly or similar, that can talk to the airbag module.
