Fitting S3 Intercooler, worth replacing the radiator?

Hi, I have an S3 intercooler to fit. Is it worth me fitting a new radiator, or anything else, whilst I'm in there?

Did the same for my KO4 conversion and i changed the AC rad. £93 from eBay and its a perfect fit. Other than that you should be fine  :jumpmove:

Its worth doing the AC condensor as it gets pummelled with stones and will have a lot of bent fins which impede airflow

Having recently replaced my radiator I would change it whilst your in there as it's not the sort of job you really want to do twice, I also agree with replacing the ac rad as well as they do get a hammering and they are quite flimsy in construction and not too expensive either, I wish I'd had the foresight to do mine, basically with the amount of dismantling required I'd change all 3.
