BEWARE! if your buying mats from a web site, i bought mines from a main dealer in person, and still got it wrong lol. I have the sound pack under passenger seat, so "standard" ones dont fit! just a warning,  :happy2:

Well this is true but you can adapt the holes slightly and they do fit  :happy2:

Is it just a case of opening up the plastic holes in the mat?
Dropped a clanger it seems with my new mats as i have the soundpack too...  :ashamed:

Autostyle maybe at UD's, or if not he may well be visiting and might be worth asking if you could collect some there! :happy2:

Just a word of warning - the US spec "Monster mats" (pitsirkas' winter mats) will not fit on a UK car (which is a pity, 'cos they look fab).
I've got a set of OEM Golf rubber mats.

No pics, but mine cost me about thirty squids from the dealer for a full set front and rear.
They're embossed with a neat rounded triangle pattern that complements GTI honeycomb (bit different but still a nice texture) and have "Golf" embossed on them.

Thats a reasonable price, would be ideal for the winter as I am getting tired cleaning the mud off the material mats now! Anyone else got these and have pics or a link to pics…

I bought a set of the rubber ones just for the front for about £25 from the local stealer.  They have a nice lip to stop sh*te getting down the sides of the mat  :happy2:

Just wish I had bought them at the START of the Winter and not the end  :sad1:

See what I said earlier. These won't fit on a UK-spec car (which is a pity, they look ace). That's why I have the "normal" Golf rubber mats.

I'm looking for a nice set of winter (rubber) mats with the GTI logo......any suggestions on where to order from??

I'm probably going to order a new summer set from autostyle, but it doesn't look as if they do rubber ones.
