What has been done to these clocks/speedo ?

Can anyone tell me what someone has done to these clocks and how do I go about getting them back to original or is it easier to source replacements?

If i have to go down the replacement route then can anyone tell me what clocks are compatible with my car and how do I check etc... when it comes to electrical type things on cars I’m hopeless, Hammer and ratchet are more my game lol
Thanks

Looks like someone changed over the leds to blue and white
I would’ve thought you can put an oem highline replacement clock. Would need coding
@Usual Suspect
