I eventually got myself VCDS and tried to change the display setting via the long  coding, I can see the option to change between trhe 3 options and it says coding has been accepted, however the display is still the same.

The error in your Radio / Navigation system sounds simple enough -- the GPS antenna isn't connected correctly or is damaged.

The error with your door controller I'm not so sure about -- sounds like there's a problem with the coding though.  Have you recoded the door controller or swapped it for another one at any point?

Finally, to get the nav to change theme you have to restart it by pressing these buttons:

Thanks for that, I figured it out about 5 mins after posting!!

Not sure I like the other schemes now I've seen them in real life.

Perphaps the error with the nav antenna is because its after market?? Or maybe not connected properly I only ever seem to  get about 4 satellites out of 8 or 9.

I have an aftermarket antenna on mine and get about the same amount of satellites so I don't think that should be the problem.  Might just be worth pulling the dash apart (it's a pain I know!) and making sure that the antenna is connected securely.

Just had a thought about the antenna thing. I remember while i fitted the BT I had the RNS switched on without the antenna in, perphaps this is what logged the fault code. MAybe if I clear the fault it will not repeat.

Your door electrics should be sorted if you do this: window all the way down. Then window all the way up but keep your finger on the up button for five seconds after the window reaches the top
