I would get the Lemforder drop links as they're OEM.
Providing the ARB is parallel to the floor, or very close to it, with the car on the ground using OEM drop links, you don't need adjustable ones.
Adjustable ones are only required when you can't achieve zero ARB preload with the car on the floor. That generally only happens when the upper drop link tab is in a different position to OEM on the strut, and/or the car is VERY low, in which case longer links are required.
