H&R springs would be ok for a diesel like me?

im not after a massive improvement in ride,
dont want to track it,
dont want a bone shattering ride
and i dont like the slammed look

The only thing bothering me about just getting springs is the dampers. How much earlier would they need replacing?

they are more than ok as they have been tested to death to make sure they work fine and if anything they just stiffen the car up more, ak awesome about them as it was them that told me they are the best for the drop i need and for the things i do

Would koni fsd and eibach sportlines be cheaper than the eibach coilovers?
Think i will probably just go with springs for now and maybe get coilovers later on in the year.
