Head gasket edition 30

  New to this forum bought a edition 30 with Brocken timing belt had bottom end rebuilt and head ready to put it back together just need to know is head gasket same as bwa or standerd gti

I’d assume so but would be tempted to call VW to confirm.

What happened to the belt? Any idea how old it was/the mileage? Installed badly by somebody else?

From memory the official guidance is more frequent in the UK than lots of other countries.
