The chassis bushes will be past it as well.
This is the thing about low mileage cars. People are attracted to them because of less wear and tear etc, but anything rubber and plastic related rots out in the same way as a high mileage car. Just because a car has sat for years doesn't mean it doesn't need any maintenance
