Maf sensor wiring voltage
« on: July 20, 2023, 07:02:53 pm »
Hello everyone, I have a maf sensor problem error code P0100 with my car it doesn’t connect to the maf sensor. I have a 3 wire maf sensor. 1- yellow 2- brown 3-black. Need help on how to diagnose these wires.

On 1- yellow I get 5v with ignition ON
On 2- brown if I put multimeter on continuity I get a beep
On 3- black I don’t get a beep. I’m not sure if I am doing this correctly.

My local repair shop says that my ECU is damaged because the maf sensor doesn’t have any issues and there are other ECU related fault codes 1 being which says ECU faulty coded. Could the ecu be damaged or is it just a wiring issue. If anyone can help how to diagnose the wires with a multimeter that would be really appreciated thank you so much!
