Nice shiny new battery charger.  Will do 6v, 12v and 24v.  All battery types and had a constant 60 amp supply when doing ecu flashing.

Was drooling over this the other day

It does indeed. The fully built house seems massive in comparison, interior wise. Its still a fairly small 3 bed semi tbh. Houses cost a bomb here.  :sad1:

This is the layout:

We have a detached single garage as well, drive big enough for 2 cars at a squeeze.

Looks nice that. Although 3 bogs seems a little excessive for the two of you

£190k doesn't get you a semi-detached garage in the footballer triangle, never mind a house!

congratulations dude. I know you've had set backs with getting a place of your own.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

Best purchase you will ever make ...... Would give my house away rather than my dog

Probably the most intelligent dogs around, their capacity for learning is huge, my parents bought me a Border collie Bitch when I was 7 years old, It was just before christmas (She was NOT a christmas present!) she was named Holly (by me), I trained her quite well (for a 7-8 year old anyway), used to go to dog training classes twice per week with her. I taught her all the usual stuff, sit, stay, lie down, heel, not to move until told to do so etc, she would sit there with a doggie treat on her paw for as long as you wanted before allowing her to have it, I also taught her not to go near roads when she was on her own and by the time she was 12 months old my mum used to hand her the dog lead (which she took hold of) and she let her out the back door, she used to scoot over the dry stone wall at the toop of the garden and cross about 1.5 miles of fields and she would sit there at the rear school gate (Which joined onto the local park) with the dog lead in her mouth  :happy2:, we would then walk home together (with my best mate who was not allowed a dog) via the park where she loved nothing more than fetching a stick/chasing us round and trying to catch a trout in the river (She did catch them a few times but used to spit them out again before I had chance to get hold of them ), she probably should have been a spaniel such was her love for being in water   best dog I ever had, she lived until she was 15yrs old.

Makes me smile when I think about her

Enjoy shep, he looks like a good un  :happy2:

She wants a walk in wardrobe. I want a games room.   :happy2: To be honest, we nearly plunged the extra £14k for a 3 storey 4 bed, but held back slightly.

My New £190k gift to my wife and myself.  :drinking:

Well, we nearly brought a 3 storey 4 bed in Birmingham, redeveloped land. But in a not so nice area last year. That was only £147k. We are getting far less, for far more money. But in a much nicer area. Front outlook is over fields.  :happy2:
