Mk5 Edition 30 Gearbox
« on: May 24, 2010, 10:23:35 am »
Hi guys,

I have got a genuine ED30 Gearbox and was planning to fit a Wavetrac Diff and exchange it with my current one, both with mileage in the teens.

Now I think  I have had  a change of heart after recently passing my bike test and wanting a CBR 600 RR

I have thought about selling my gearbox but wondered if it is different to a normal Gti box as I was going to advertise it as a potential upgrade if it is?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Vick

Ooooh a I am also considering getting on of those, what are they like?

The box owes me about £500 so looking to claw back something around that figure. It is like brand new with only 13k miles.

I'll put pics up tomorrow..

Had the 600RR.
Amazing bike, Honda do make the best of everything bikes.
R6 ZX6R GSX6R are all great bikes.

If you get the RR change the front sprocket down 1 tooth.
No Golf anymore.
Enjoyed the last five years of ownership of Mk5 & 6 GTIs.
Plus an excellent forum for knowledge and new ways to deplete the bank account.
Thank You Everyone.
