The tyre side walls are extremely thick so they don't think they'd pop  :happy2:

Mrs Cherry will be feeling really guilty at the mo for catching your alloy Vc--seems a good reason to upgrade to some new alloys :happy2:

Women!!!!!!!!! know you'r limits.

... for Heaven's sake DON'T drive!

 We're not all bad.  Just ask my boyfriend what happpened when he was reversing my old R32 into a space with a brick wall behind it :scared:.  Oh, and what happened when he fitted some tyres for me recently.  You're not the only one with a damaged wheel, and I've got more than one that was done by the male of the species!

gravesend is very north for me  :innocent:

by grain i mean they are diamond cut and not painted and have hundreds of really tiny grooves on the face... like a record if you looked at it in the light, mashing them destroys them  :sad1:

I 2nd Lepsons, they will do it.  Is just a diamond cut face and will come up good as new.  Has the tyre gone to the cords?

Sorry to hear VC but this is forum gold.

By the end of the long weekend the damage and cost might be worth it.

www.thepolishedwheelcompany.co.uk in wadebridge will 100% do that VC. Had a set of wheels done for my mk4 with the same diamond cut finish, and they were very good. Local too!! They have specialist lathes and all sorts

VC, it appears to be a recurring event, either with her eos, and now your 'rocket'.

I echo RR's comments. Spend a few hundred quid and put her through advanced driving school that facilitates training on taking corners at higher than normal speeds without clipping the rims.
