Go to
www.formula1.com and view the live timing you get all that timing info for free, along with it colour coding them to show personal bests, fastest of anyone etc.
Also shows all weather conditions, track temp etc etc etc
The only thing ive yet to find anywhere that that app does do is the plotting cars on the track which i think would be very cool in a geeky way to have whilst watching the race for when things like pit stops happen, altho less so now there isnt any refuelling
