Service Items Part Numbers
« on: June 14, 2010, 12:28:22 pm »
My local VW parts department will not give out any p/n's only prices. Yes I do want the numbers so I can buy cheaper elsewhere, but thats only because of the lack of discount, attitude I get when I go there and the fact that I needed paint correction after someone there gave my car a wash with whats I am guessing was a brillo pad.

Rant over  -

Has anyone got p/n's for the following:

Spark plugs
Oil Filter
Sump plug and washer
Pollen Filter
Fuel Filter

Cheers.

So far I've got the following part numbers and prices from SERE motors on SCN:

Oil Filter 06D115562 £6.15
Sump plug and washer N90813202 80p
Pollen Filter 1K0819644B £5.30
Fuel Filter 1K0201051C £12.90

Still need to confirm the P/Ns on plugs. Cupra ones are p/n 101905631H @ £7.50 each, but another VW dealer I rang today gave me the following p/n's for Ed 30 06H 905 611 (Bosch plug) or 06H 905 601 A (NGK plug).

Anyone else confirm the P/n for ED 30 plugs?

Got all my parts for a service from Seremotors on SCN.

If anyone is thinking of getting a service done themselves or supplying the parts check this out:

MODs hope this is ok - please move to whereever relevant if neccessary. BTW I have nothing at all do with them - just a satisfied customer.

This should be a sticky - David @ SERE is the best parts dealer I have ever dealt with.

I used SERE when I had my previous SEAT's and was glad when he told me he could get me VW parts too.

Funnily enough, i've just received a service pack today from SERE :)

Air Filter
Pollen Filter
Fuel Filter
Oil Filter
Spark Plugs

:) Will be getting the oil change soon but keeping the filter to give to the garage when they do it.

Will change the rest myself most likely this weekend.
