Regarding brakes, you could get the HEL lines and spend some money on some quality SBS or BremTech 312 aftermarket jobbies, both of which would shift over to the Porsche Stuff if thats the way you end up going, I can see used tidy 312's doing a few quid if you decide to go a different direction. They prove desirable as theres a good choice of carbon metallics for the boxster caliper and it aint good to mix and match discs.
DS2500 will be 120+ better to go for M1144s for maybe 85 quid- same performance but the m1144's will come back to you when you get them too hot DS's wont... you might get some money back for them lightly used as well w2hen you upgrade.
