** not sure this is the right place to post so sorry if it aint **

Hi was wondering if we got club discount at any insurance providers as my insurance runs out on the 15/07/2010  can any1 help me out???


Had the ED30, but not got the balls.

I was quoted £698 :stupid: for a renewal on my Edition 30 from LV, phoned up to cancel and they gave me a new quote for £364.  :grin:Stayed with them as next cheapest was £490.

I went with Sky Insurance in the end but Brentacre gave a close quote.

just to add a bit more onto this, im 21 and have 1 years no claims, hav never crashed but have never got a full years no claims as kept swapping insurance companies when i was younger, does anyone no a good insurance company for young drivers with modded cars, coz im currently paying 2000 quid, and im quoted around 1600 for renewal in august.

I just went with Aviva - cost £210 fully comp protected no-claims plus I got a £70 cash back from Quidco  :jumpmove:

Tom I find Elephant / Admiral to be the cheapest for young drivers. I will be 21 next week - I've had a quote for £775.

Funny that, I phoned Greenlight yesterday and asked if they offered forum discount, he put me on hold for a minute or so, then said not at the moment... They must be considering it then?

^^^  I tried Greenlight when I renewed in February and they were the lowest quote I received.

im 19 on my own policy with bell with 1 years no claims and my parents as named drivers and im payin 2400...  im 20 next week and with the same policy on a new s3 s tronic it goes down to 2200..

im currently have a mk6 golf gti.
