What to use to swirl or cover up number plates

I've forgotten how to do it on paint and don't have photoshop. What do you guys use?

Click on 'EDIT' then 'Distort' then 'Twirl'  :happy2:

An alternative is to blank it out at source using MS Paint.

Or add text box and leave it blank over the reg plate  :wink:
