On sunday I finally got a chance to finish setting up the ED30 with some road datalogging and dyno testing we ended up with:

Boost:8
Timing:8
Fuel:5

Mods are:

Milltek full turboback 3" decat resonated system
Dbilas/pipercross DIY intake
Autotech fuel pump
DSG stage 2 REVO
Forge Twintercooler
REVO stage 2+ software

(photo missed the dyno calculations at the bottom which were: Intake temp: 37 ambient temp 23 Barometric pressure 1013 humidity 45)

The addition of the twintercooler allowed us to take timing from 5 to 8 which took the car from 357bhp to the figure you see above, however torque has dropped from 380 ft/lb as we had to lower boost from 9 to 8

awesome figures for DD rollers. How come the curves are so condensed, is it possible to spread them over the complete width of the graph, its better to compare the curves with others then.

the new dyno graph thread here as well :happy2:

would look better if you could get the torque an power figures on each side of the graph the same

Timing 8 OMG, were you on normal 99 ron or race fuel?

Did you get any logs done?

Good result on the run :happy2:
Golf R gone.

I can adjust the scale of the graph but this is how we set up the screen for all dyno tests.

Hurdy, this was using 'normal' 99 octane fuel, the twintercooler really helps keep intake temps really low, we saw a timing pull figure of 4 degress after a few 4th gear pulls but intake temps were still at just 34 degrees.  On the dyno this raised to 5 degrees of pull and an intake temp of 43 degrees after 3 dyno pulls at WOT.

The rpm scale is not shown so could you state @what rpm do you see your max hp at.
Without traction power is nothing!

Awesome results mate. Looking forward to seeing what mine will make on DD rollers on Sat (same mods, just without the the cooler and standard Dbilas). Although it aint going to be as high as that even though I have the same mods, just without the the cooler and standard Dbilas (not hybrid).
I will however be running early in the morning so that should help as the temps on sat according to the weather should only top 18oC. Just unsure what settings to run, as I don't have VAGCOM  :sad1:
Any ideas?

Are you stage 2+ Ben? Go for b8t5f6 if you are as a baseline.

That's exactly what I am at the min mate and seems pretty good. Just don't boot it much when it gets silly hot outside (like 25+ on temp gauge).

gaz, post your graph up in that thread, and then if PDT can change the scales on his graph we could make a good comparison between the two.  iirc yours was similar at the last RR day??
