1. its not his design, it was originally made in Japan so getting the plans to make a mould via measurements would no doubt infringe the original manufacturers so doubt if it would be a goer

2. i like your madness..we share the same paddling pool....but...for what this is costing me to buy chopping it in half scares the sh1t outta me  :grin: that saif if it could be repaired........but there must be an easy way

you can arrange to get it collected from our side of the pond, i.e you arrange a courier to go and collect it. try TNT, UPS, DPD, SOS air cargo, Panic, there are loads of couriers out there who will do collection from USA, HTH  :smiley:

i was unaware of that

ups wont touch it and alot of others wont either due to its dimensions.

This may be why OSIR's front splitter is designed and transported in two sections. But this info doesn't help you.
