My Car... Just a couple of things

Ok so i know i don't own a Gti, but this forum is so much better than other mk5 golf forums i'm on.

I bought my 1.6SE back in April and as soon as i got it, the modifying bug hit me!

As soon as i got it home I had to detail it (being slightly obsessed and having a friend to help me)










The pictures make the colour look a bit strange its actually Sage Green which is more of a grey colour.

After this i had to start making changes,

1st came the carbon vinyl





I Covered all the dash and door parts and around the gearstick,

Next came the Gti Headlights




I then had more carbon so i decided to experiment with covering the b-posts which came out quite well i thought.



And then yesterday I picked up my new wheels, They are BBS CH Reps which i got of ebay for a cracking price of £255, for replicas they are incredibly good quality,







Mods to follow are VW Racing springs and i'm quite tempted to get a set of german pressed plates, I've also got a pair of door handles which i need to get sprayed when my sprayer gets back from his holiday.

The car looks much better with the GTI halogens.

I have one more plan up my sleeve which i'm not going to mention incase it turns out to be a ball ache and doesn't happen

P.S Ditch the springs and get some air bags on it
