Rear seat removal?

Hi, im wondering if anyone has a guide to removing the rear seats on a mk5 golf.

I know people who do it say it's easy but an illustrated practical guide would be very helpful and would doubtless include tips how to avoid hassle.

Is there even airbags in the back seats? ive never noticed..

There is no cables connected as far as i can see lol!

imagine they blow when i was taking them out!  :scared:

Invoice? Don't if the code thing on the slam panel would list it.

If you have rear air bags then you'll see the a small air bag tab at each side of the rear seat upright.
Without traction power is nothing!
