all good songs above and how heavy do like your music?

Anything like listed, not into the screaming so much. Rock/Metal sort of stuff for the gym and maybe a bit of D & B

Im really into System of a down at the moment when im in the gym.
Their album toxicity mainly but the 2 newer ones mesmorise and hyptnotise are not to bad either.

If your into your D&B check out the Sick Music album by Hospital Records. Not too heavy and I found it perfect for my running before my injury. Heres a sample of one of the tracks.



Theres alot of difference on the album so check it all out
