Is there something wrong with this GTI?

I think those wheels might have come on a foreign version of the GTI, I saw a brochure when on tinterweb once with them on the car.  As mentioned gear knob isnt right, but the covered cup holder came as an option with the center arm-rest this also included the covered ashtray.  So even if it is genuine its going to be a real poverty spec.
